We deliver within Germany using DHL Go Green as an insured shipment. Smaller items are sent via DHL Warenpost. The costs are as follows:

DHL PARCEL: €4.90
FREE delivery for orders over €100

Germany: Warenpost €3.50 / Parcel €4.90 / Free shipping for orders over €75

EU: Warenpost International €8.00 / Parcel €15.00 / Free shipping for orders over €130

Non-EU (Norway, Switzerland): Warenpost International €11.00 / Parcel €25.00 / Free shipping for orders over €150

International Standard Shipping: Parcel from €25 / Free shipping for orders over €200

Our standard delivery times are:

Germany: 3 - 5 days
Europe: 5 - 10 days
Rest of the world: It's hard to provide exact delivery times for the rest of the world, but generally, it takes 5 to a maximum of 20 days for most countries.

For international orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply. Please check your local regulations and understand that we are not responsible for any potential local taxes.

Please note that if you refuse to accept our shipment, you will still be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to Philosophie.

Yes, you can track your order at any time. After purchase, you will receive an email with a tracking link to check the status of your package.

If you happen to live near Heidelberg, you can personally pick up your order to save on shipping costs (valid only for a minimum order of 20 Euro)! Just select the "Local Delivery" option at checkout. Once your order is all set and ready to go, we'll reach out to you to schedule an appointment and arrange a pick-up location where you can pick up your goodies. Please note that the pick-up spots will be in Heidelberg only.
